Q. How many months in advance should one book the hotels?
A. At least 6 months in advance. If you delay the decision, the availability and prices are adversely affected.
Q. Is it complicated to get visas for our guests?
A. There is a well laid out process for a wedding party travelling to Switzerland and other European destinations. We work closely with tourism departments and can help secure visas for the whole wedding group if requested.
Q. Can Indian vegetarian food be arranged?
A. Yes, we can organise vegetarian Indian food not just for ceremonies but even for all meals including breakfast. We make special arrangements to accommodate client wishes for pure vegetarian, vegan, Jain food etc.
Q. What type of entertainment can you organise?
A. All type of cultural and new age performances can be organised. From top Bollywood singers and DJ’s to finest western classical orchestras will be happy to entertain you and your guests.
Q. Type of ceremonies that can be organised?
A. Everything from bachelor/ bachlorette parties, engagement ceremony, haldi/mehendi & sangeet, cocktail party, welcome dinner, band baraat, wedding and reception, can be organised.
Q. What would it cost to host a wedding in Switzerland?
A. It would cost at least in excess of a few hundred thousand Swiss francs/ pounds/ dollars/ a few crores of Indian rupees to host a wedding in Switzerland for around 100 people over 2-3 days.
